Late Arrivals and No-Shows

11. Allergies, Dietary Restrictions, and Food Safety

Guests with allergies, dietary restrictions, religious dietary requirements, sensitivities, or medical food concerns should inform the restaurant before ordering and, when possible, at the time of reservation.

While we make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary requests, we cannot guarantee that any menu item is completely free of allergens or cross-contact. Menu descriptions may not list every ingredient. Guests are responsible for communicating dietary needs clearly to restaurant staff before consuming any food or beverage.

12. Guest Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service, remove guests, cancel reservations, or limit access when behavior is unsafe, abusive, discriminatory, threatening, disruptive, unlawful, intoxicated, destructive, or inconsistent with the experience we aim to provide.

Guests are responsible for any damage they cause to restaurant property, furnishings, equipment, décor, or third-party property while on the premises.
